DPRK Team Sets New Records in 2025 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup

 Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- The DPRK team set several new records in the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup held in Morocco.
The DPRK football team won every match and lifted the fourth World Cup.
In the match with the Japanese team, player Kim Won Sim scored the first goal just 38 seconds after the kickoff.
And the DPRK team set a new record for goals scored in a single U-17 Women's World Cup with 25 goals (an average of 3.57 goals per match) from the group matches to the finals.
In particular, Yu Jong Hyang, who was awarded the Golden Ball award, the best player prize, and Adidas Golden Boot, the top scorer prize, scored eight goals in the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup, and the goals are equivalent to the individual top scoring record set at the Women's World Cup.
The DPRK team has advanced into the finals of the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup five times. -0-
