Sport Minister Meets Saudi Medalists at Asian Youth, Islamic Solidarity Games

   Riyadh, November 24, 2025, SPA -- Minister of Sport and President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal met on Monday with Saudi athletes who won medals at the 3rd Asian Youth Games Bahrain 2025 and the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games (Riyadh 2025).
   Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki expressed appreciation for the male and female athletes for their performances, saying their achievements had earned them a place among the country’s distinguished sports champions. He added that their success serves as an inspiration for national teams’ fellow members who have not yet been as fortunate, motivating them to excel in future competitions and contribute to the objectives of Saudi sports, which enjoy generous and unwavering support from the Kingdom’s leadership.
   During the meeting, the minister presented certificates of appreciation to the medalists. Saudi athletes secured 22 medals (five gold, four silver and 13 bronze) at the Asian Youth Games, and 57 medals (18 gold, 12 silver and 27 bronze) at the Islamic Solidarity Games.
