Digital Transformation Enhances Visitor Experience at the Prophet's Mosque

   Madinah, November 27, 2025, SPA -- Modern technologies have contributed to a qualitative shift in managing and organizing visitor movement inside the corridors and courtyards of the Prophet's Mosque, amid the continuous increase in the number of visitors and tourists coming to Madinah throughout the year, particularly during holiday periods that witness high visitor density.
   These technologies have enabled the relevant authorities to enhance crowd management efficiency and facilitate visitor movement by creating smoother pathways. They have also streamlined visits to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa through the pre-booking service available on the "Nusuk" application, which allows worshippers to book a visit around the clock and select the preferred time via the direct or instant route, taking into account the mosque's capacity and enabling the largest possible number of visitors to pray in Al-Rawdah. This helps provide a safe and seamless visitor experience.
   The "Nusuk" application, overseen by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, stands as a leading model of digital transformation. It offers an advanced suite of services, including a multilingual digital guide, visit-time notifications, healthcare services, and precise interactive maps showing crowd levels in prayer areas, as well as enabling users to submit reports and inquiries. These features have helped increase daily capacity, raise visitor satisfaction, and offer an integrated digital experience.
