Tanchon Port Ground Construction Finished in DPRK

 Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- The ground construction of the Tanchon port has been successfully completed in the DPRK.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un saw to it that a freight transit station was set up to store and handle production raw materials, fuels and products for the mines, factories and enterprises under the General Bureau of the Tanchon Area Mining Industry, which plays a big role in developing the country's economy and improving the people's standard of living, and indicated the orientation and ways for hastening the ground construction of the Tanchon port.
The ceremony of marking its completion was held on the spot on Nov. 27.
Present there were officials of South Hamgyong Province and those concerned and those of the General Bureau of the Tanchon Area Mining Industry, builders and employees.
The speaker said that officials, workers and technicians of the General Bureau of the Tanchon Area Mining Industry should further intensify the drive for increased production and make steady innovations in the production of nonferrous metal ore.
A performance was given by the mobile artistic motivation team of the Tanchon Smeltery in celebration of its completion.
At the end of the ceremony the participants went round the newly-built buildings. -0-
