WEDO 2025: Bishkek brings together over 400 women entrepreneurs

Bishkek, Dec. 8, 2025 /Kabar/. The 11th World Women's Entrepreneurship Day Organization (WEDO 2025) one of the country's key events in the development of women's leadership, innovation, and business was successfully held in Bishkek on December 3-4, 2025, the Kurak Women's Forum reports.

The event brought together over 400 women entrepreneurs, as well as representatives of government agencies, international organizations, the diplomatic corps, and innovation experts. Participants discussed the role of creative industries, technology, and artificial intelligence in strengthening women's entrepreneurship and economic development in Kyrgyzstan. The conference included panel discussions, project presentations, and discussions of trends in technology, innovation, sustainable development, and women's leadership.

Sessions on artificial intelligence and digitalization that are changing approaches to entrepreneurship and opening up new opportunities for women raised interest among participants. The second day was entirely dedicated to practical training and professional skills development. Participants took part in master classes, interactive sessions, workshops on business scaling, networking, and experience sharing.

Within the framework of Business Camp included six practical master classes, where participants received valuable tools, insights, and working methods from leading Russian experts.
