Kyrgyzstan, Italy intend to develop consular cooperation

Bishkek, Feb. 19, 2026. /Kabar/. Director of consular department Seitek Zhumakadyr uulu met with head of consular Section of the Embassy of Italy in Kyrgyzstan Stepan Kula.

As reported by the department, during the meeting, the parties discussed topical areas of bilateral cooperation in the consular sphere, including visa issues and issues of ensuring the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of both states.

Plans were also outlined to further strengthen interaction in this area.

As a result of the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness to expand interaction and further develop cooperation in the interests of citizens of Kyrgyzstan and Italy
