Patrols of Border Guard foil attempt to smuggle hashish

Najran, Saudi Arabia, July 22, SPA -- The patrols of Border Guard of
Najran Region have foiled an attempt to smuggle 72 kilograms of
hashish into the Kingdom.

The Commander of the Border Guard of Najran Region Major General
Mohammad bin Abdulrahman Al-Zahrani said that the patrols arrested a
person while trying to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on foot.

The person admitted that he crossed the border with a group of
persons carrying 72 kilograms of hashish which they managed to hide
in a mountain. The quantity was found later.
