COMMUNISTS HEAD FOR MOLDOVA’S POLL WIN
Baku, 30 July (AzerTAc). The results of the snap parliamentary elections in Moldova are expected to be announced today, Moldova’s central electoral commission said.
With 76% of the vote counted so far, the Communist party has 45.9% while Liberal-Democratic Party 16,1%, Liberal Party 13%, Democratic party 12.9% and “Nasha Moldova” alliance 7.6 %. Other parties failed to reach the 5% minimum threshold.
