IDP GREAT RETURN PROGRAM PREPARED
Baku, 31 July (AzerTAc). Chairman of Azerbaijan State Committee for Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov said a “Great return” program for IDPs was prepared.
According to him, after liberation of Azerbaijani occupied territories, the return process will be launched.
He noted the implementation of the program depends on settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
Hasanov said the program was agreed with international organizations, finance structures and embassies, adding opinions of some local ministries and committees were taken into consideration, too.
Hasanov pointed out the program provides for demining in liberated territories, restoring infrastructure, implementing new economic programs and creating new jobs.
He added the program costs approximately $60 billion.
