UAE team sets new national swimming records for 100m relay

Rome, Aug 3, 2009 (WAM) - The UAE swimming team has set a new national relay swimming record at this year's World Championships in Rome (Roma09). Swimmers Mohammed Abdullah Mubarak Al-Ghaferi, Mubarak Mohammed Salim Youssef, Obaid Ahmed Al-Jasmi and Saeed Ahmed Al-Jasmi managed to finish the 4x100 relay in just 4:00:37 taking out the teams's record of 04:05:87 set by the UAE swimming team at the 9th Gulf Swimming Championship 2008.
