2- the linkage of the municipalities of Alkhormah, Raniah, Trobah and
Almoaih and the two village complexes in Misan and Bani Saad are
transferred from the municipality of Makkah to the municipality of
Taif province and the municipalities that will be established in the
future within the administrative supervision of Taif province shall
be linked to it.



3- the municipalities of Alhafoof, Almobaraz, Alo'yoon, Alo'mran,
Aljafr, Yabreen and the municipalities that are established within
the administrative supervision of Ahsa province shall be linked to
the municipality of Ahsa province.



Second: the cabinet approved the licensing of the establishment of a
joint stock company named "The Alameen Balad Company for development
and Construction Development."



Third: the cabinet authorized the governor of the Technical and
Vocational Training Corporation, or his deputy, to discuss with the
Irish side a draft memorandum of understanding in the field of
technical and vocational training between Technical and Vocational
Training Corporation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry
of Education in Ireland and sign it.



Fourth: the cabinet approved the final statement of accounts of the
Grain Silos and Flour Mills Corporation for the fiscal year 1427/1428
H.



Fifth: the cabinet approved a transfer and appointments at the 15th
and 14th ranks as follows:



1- Mohammad bin Nasir bin Solaiman Alrafeeq is
appointed to the position of advisor for secret affairs at the 15th
rank at the ministry of interior,



2- Khalid bin Mosaed bin Mshari Ala'nqari is
appointed to the position of minister plenipotentiary at the Foreign
Ministry,



3- Hamad bin Ali bin Ibrahim Almilhim is appointed to
the position of director general of private education at the 14th
rank at the Ministry of Higher Education,



4- Abdulraoof Alsadiq Albakr Alqaedi is transferred from the
position of assistant undersecretary of the ministry for Saudis'
employment at the 14th rank to the position of assistant
undersecretary of the ministry for inspection and work relations at
the same rank at the Ministry of Labor,



5- Ahmad bin Salih bin Abdullah Alhomaidan is appointed to the
position of assistant undersecretary of the ministry for Saudis'
employment at the 14th rank at the Ministry of Labor.
