Official source makes statement

Jeddah, August 19, SPA -- An official source denied press reports
that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has received advice from some
countries not to hasten approaching Damascus and that there are
differences of view points between the Kingdom and Egypt on the
formation of the Lebanese government.

The source said that Saudi Syrian and Saudi Egyptian relations are
not stained by any blemish, instead its relations with all countries
are characterized by transparency and frankness.
The Kingdom confirms its policy based on no interference in internal
affairs of any country.
