Jeddah, August 21, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz
Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and
Inspector General, today made a speech to mark the holy month of
Ramadan 1430 H.
Following is the text of the speech which was read by Dr.
Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khojah, Minister of Culture and Information:

"Praise be to God who said in his holy book: (Ramadan is
the (month) in which The Quran was sent down, as a guide to mankind,
also clear (Signs) for guidance and Judgment (Between right and
wrong)", and peace and prayers be on the Prophet who was a messenger
by God - be He Blessed and Exalted - of mercy to peoples of the
world: our master Mohammad and upon his companions and followers
until the day of resurrection.
