Russia, Mongolia sign declaration on strategic partnership

ULAN BATOR, August 25 (Itar-Tass) - Russia and Mongolia have signed a
declaration on strategic partnership development.
This document was signed after the talks between the two countries'
presidents Dmitry Medvedev and Elbegdorj Tsakhia.
Moreover, after the talks the Russian Railways Company (RZD) and
Mongolia's Railway Department sealed a memorandum on cooperation as well
as agreed to boost relations between the Ulan Bator Railways and
Transmashholding, Russia's biggest manufacturer of locomotives and railway
equipment.
The two countries' central election committees also agreed to
cooperate in exchanging legal information.
