Official Source of the Investigation and General Prosecution Commission makes an explanatory statement

Riyadh, September 03, SPA -- In response to a question by the Saudi
Press Agency (SPA) regarding the woman and her children, the core of
discussion between Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the
Assistant Minister of Interior for Security Affairs, and Abdullah
Hasan Assiri, a Saudi wanted terrorist, which has been aired through
SPA recently, an official source of the Investigation and General
Prosecution Commission (IGPC) said the so-called woman's father and
the father of the 9-year-old male child (yousef) as well as the
sponsor of the 4-year-old female child (Wasa'ef), whose fathers were
previous husbands of their mother, have appealed that the woman and
her two children be extradited to the Kingdom as the mother managed
to leave the country illegally to Yemen accompanying her two
children.
The IGPC has filed a suit against Saeed bin Ali bin Mubarak
Al-Shihiri and his wife of violating the border security system and
smuggling two juniors, thus endangering their lives, the source said.
He added that, accordingly, an official appeal has been forwarded to
the concerned authority to dispatch it to the concerned authority in
Yemen for extraditing the woman and her two children to the Kingdom's
authorities which will pass them to their family.
