Representatives of Egypt and Singapore arrive

Jeddah, Sept 23, SPA -- Egyptian minister of higher education and
minister of state for scientific research Dr Hani Hilal as well as
Singapore’s minister of state for foreign affairs Zainal-Abdeen
Rasheed arrived here today to participate in the inaugural ceremony
of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).

They were welcomed at King Abdulaziz International Airport by Dr
Khalid al-Anqari, the minister of higher education, and a number of
officials.
