They said that the university would also give the Saudi people in
general and researchers and ambitious youth in particular a rare
opportunity to lead the region in the field of science and
technology.

They expected it to become a new Dar Al-Hikma, citing the university
to form a bridge among the world's cultures and knowledge.
The selection of the university's staff was successful, they said,
adding that this would give it a successful kick off. The key to
success of the university is the strength of its staff and partners,
one interviewer was quoted as saying.
They said the university would benefit from the unlimited network
linkage of today as well as the diversified view points, knowledge
enormous growth, free movement of the talented and free flow of
ideas.
They said the university is yet a new addition to the Saudi
development achievements.
