SHANGHAI, October 23 (Itar-Tass) -- Prospect of development of
investment cooperation of Russia with China in the period after the world
financial crisis was one of the main topics of the 12th international
forum "Moscow-Invest-2009" held here on Friday. The forum was organized
under the aegis of the Moscow International Business Association (MIBA).
"The main aim of the given event, which is annually held in different
of the world beginning from 1998, is to extend partnership contacts,
discuss possible commercial proposals and personal contacts between
representatives of the business community and city authorities," MIBA
first vice-president, minister of the Moscow government Vladimir Malyshev
said. "This year we for the first time organized it in China, moreover, in
the leading economic and financial centre of this country - - Shanghai."
About 100 representatives of Russian companies of small-and
medium-size businesses, leaders of key departments of economic, property
and land, and construction sections of the Moscow government presented to
Chinese partners their vision of prospects for development of cooperation
with China in overcoming the effects of the global crisis and effective
management of city economy.
