The fifth Grand Exhibition of Jewelry is being held in Ulaanbaatar on an anticipation of the traditional Mongolian holidays “Tsagaan Sar”.
The exhibition will commercialize khoorogs (snuff-bottles), silver bowls, lighters and knives made in the 17th and 18th centuries. It will also offer a wide range of applied jewelries, horse saddles and bridles as well as the golden and silver jewelries created by the contemporary craftsmen.
Among the best-selling accesories, the most expensive snuff-bottle is sold for one hundred thousand US dollars and the most expensive Mongolian boots are sold for four thousand US dollars.
