The intellectual and scientific-research capacity of the Kazakh scientists is highly appreciated abroad. Therefore, foreigners seek to work with domestic professors and doctors. For example, the Agro-Technical University of Uralsk agreed to cooperate with the Chinese Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University. Chinese scientists, in turn, are interested in projects for growing sturgeon and increasing the saiga antelope’s population. The Chinese university intends to provide grants for the Kazakh students’ education.
