Anniversary of Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un's Field Guidance Marked

Pyongyang, May 31 (KCNA) -- Meetings took place at the Songdowon International Children's Camp, the Songdowon Youth Open-Air Theatre and the Majon Pleasure Park Management Office to mark the 10th anniversary of the field guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

Present there were Paek Song Guk, chief secretary of the Kangwon Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), Ri Jong Nam, chief secretary of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials concerned and officials and employees of the relevant units.

The reporters noted that the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un gave field guidance to the Songdowon International Children's Camp, the Songdowon Youth Open-Air Theatre and the Majon Pleasure Park Management Office in May Juche 102 (2013).

The General Secretary indicated the tasks and ways for remodeling the Songdowon International Children's Camp associated with the leadership exploits of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il as required by a new century and took part in its inaugural ceremony, showing warm loving care for schoolchildren.

He visited the Songdowon Youth Open-Air Theatre and energetically guided the work to turn it into a place frequented by working people and schoolchildren and into a smart theatre which is well suited to the picturesque surrounding environment and impeccable even in the distant future.

He has made ceaseless efforts to provide the people with happier and more civilized living conditions. He gave a precious instruction on building the Majon Bathing Beach on the highest level and took benevolent a step to finish the construction in the shortest possible time through the army-people coordinated operation.
