Bahraini Ambassador attends International Classical Music Festival in Russia

Moscow, Aug. 28 (BNA): Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Saati, Bahraini Ambassador to Russia, attended the concert of Bahraini maestro, Waheed Al-Khan, held as part of the International Classical Music Festival in Sochi, Russia.
 
Deputy Governor of Krasnodar, who attended the closing ceremony of the festival, welcomed Bahrain’s participation in this year’s festival, noting that Waheed Al-Khan is the first Arab musician to present oriental melodies in the region.
 
Addressing the ceremony, Ambassador Al-Saati commended the ongoing Bahraini-Russian cultural cooperation, stressing the importance of exchanged visits between musical bands to boost bilateral cooperation.
