Astana, 11 December 2008, (Khabar) - The state will render financial support in conditions world crisis. About 274 billion tenge were allocated for it. The government improves investment climate, creates conditions for work for businessmen and will continue this job, said Karim Massimov, Prime Minister of RK at conference “Doing Business” of World Bank. Kazakhstan rose in rating of World Bank up to 10 positions and took 70th place among 180 countries. Improvement was noticed in registration of subjects of small and average business, crediting and business management. Abolition of all positive moments of necessary licensing for all types of services, elaboration of new Tax code, simplification of work of participants of foreign economic activity, moratorium for small and average business were said to be positive changes. Kazakhstan is among 50 states according to indicators of protection and investors in taxation. Also terms of registration of documents and cost of procedures to open enterprises will be reduced. Time of registration will be reduced three times for exporters and expenditures will be lowered to fourth part.
