Bahrain Bourse daily trading performance

Manama, Jan. 16 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,321.40 points marking a decrease of 2.70 points below the previous closing . This decrease was due to the fall in the Commercial Banks Sector and Investment Sector. Bahrain lslamic Index has closed at 1,097.22 points marking a decrease of 2.34 points below the previous closing . Results indicated that 77 equity transactions took place with a volume of 3,223,494 worth BD 502,227. Investors traded mainly in the Commercial Banks Sector representing 68% of the total value of securities traded.
