Bahrain Bourse receives Customer Service Excellence Award for second year

Manama, Apr. 20 (BNA): Bahrain Bourse CEO Shaikh Khalifa bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa expressed his gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for awarding Bahrain Bourse within the top government agencies awarded for their excellence in customer service for the year 2021 for the second consecutive year. “The award is a result of Bahrain Bourse’s efforts to serve all parties related to the capital markets sector, and demonstrates its commitment to provide open communication channels to meet the needs of all stakeholders,” Shaikh Khalifa said. “During the year 2021, Bahrain Bourse responded to all suggestions and feedback sent with a response rate of 100%. We are keen to enhance communication channels available to leverage investor experience in order to provide value-added services that support our strategic efforts to achieve operational excellence and digital transformation in its various initiatives."
