BCCI election committee holds meeting

Manama, Feb. 4 (BNA): The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)'s election committee, headed by Jassim Hassan Abdul'aal, has visited Isa Cultural Centre in preparation for the elections and to ensure a smooth process. The committee held its fifth meeting and approved the draft advertisement which will announce the commencement of receiving candidacy requests, in addition to approving the application template and other documents relevant to the elections process. The meeting reviewed the updates on the voters’ list, discussed sending invitations to the elections supervisors according to BCCI’s by-law, and assigned a three-member sub-committee to verify the voters’ list and have it published on the BCCI's official website on February 7.
