BCCI prepares to host Egyptian side

Manama, Feb. 23 (BNA): Board member and head of the Bahraini side of the Bahraini-Egyptian Joint Business Council Afnan Al Zayani alongside CEO of the Chamber Nabeel Al Mahmood have met the Egyptian Ambassador to Kingdom of Bahrain Suha Al Far. The meeting considered the preparations for hosting the Egyptian side of the Bahraini-Egyptian Joint Business Council and holding B2B meetings to probe investment and partnership opportunities and reinforce collaboration between both sides. The event will also host representatives from Tamkeen, the Economic Development Board (EDB), and Bahrain Investors Center who will brief the delegation about the facilities and features of the business environment and the economy of Bahrain. Alzayani announced holding a press conference prior to the visit scheduled March to share further details on the event. While hailing the strides taken by the Chamber to bolster business ties and invigorate the national economy, Al Far expressed keenness on collaborating in holding this event.
