Emrill announces facilities management contract for World Trade Centre Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi: Emrill, yesterday announced the signing of a three year facilities management contract for The World Trade Centre Abu Dhabi with Aldar Properties PJSC. In addition to MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing), housekeeping, concierge and lifeguarding services, Emrill is providing specialist services that include maintenance of ELV Systems, aircraft warning lights, UPS, CO detection, chemical dosing, generators and swimming pools. World Trade Centre Abu Dhabi, the impressive 166,296 sqm project developed by Aldar is located in the Old Central Market in the heart of Abu Dhabi and comprises of five major assets that include a grand souq with 250 retail outlets, a fully equipped mall with 150 retail outlets and 474 luxurious residential units.
