Important potential exists between Turkey and Norway for exploration of oil, says Norwegian PM Stoltenberg

YALOVA (A.A) - January 10, 2012 - Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg said Tuesday that important potential existed between Turkey and Norway for exploration of oil. Speaking to reporters in a sea bus bound for Yalova province from Istanbul, Stoltenberg said that to date Turkey and Norway did not conduct any joint search for oil or natural gas. There are companies in Norway who are well experienced in the exploration of oil and natural gas, Stoltenberg said. I hope that the Norwegian companies work with their Turkish counterparts in the future in exploration of oil and natural gas, Stoltenberg noted.
