Minister: Tax amnesty to be held in Azerbaijan

"Azerbaijan is to introduce a common tax return," he said. "This is a very big project and requires preparation of many procedures. In particular, one cannot pass on to the common income declaration without an amnesty system. Our country is post-Soviet. It will be necessary to hold an amnesty for the full legalisation of proceeds. Other operations will be performed and a decision will be made. Preparation is underway."
