Mohammed bin Rashid launches Waldorf Astoria in Dubai Palm Jumeirah

Dubai (WAM) UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum launched this evening the Waldorf Astoria - Dubai Palm Jumeriah, in Eastern Crescent of Jumeirah Palm. Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chief Executive of the Emirates Group . Sheikh Mohammed toured the hotel's facilities and congratulated Khalaf Al Habtoor, Chairman of Al Habtoor Group on the luxury hotel which is considered the latest addition to the group's portfolio. He was briefed by Mohammed Khalaf Al Habtoor, Deputy Chairman of Al Habtoor Group, about the hotel which is built on a 550,000 square-foot area. It is managed by Waldorf Astoria Hotels '&' Resorts, the luxury brand of Hilton Worldwide.
