Thailand welcomes 32nd million tourist
SAMUT PRAKARN, THAILAND, December 27 (TNA) - Thailand welcomes the 32nd million tourist arrival in the Kingdom this year with two free round-trip air tickets and other rewards.
Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Director for North American Jittima Sukpalin congratulated the 32nd million American tourist arrival in the Kingdom, Ms. Shelby Pastor, at the Suvarnabhumi International Airport on Tuesday and presented her the honourable rewards, all free of charges, including two round-trip
economy-class air tickets within one year, a 5-night accommodation voucher at a 5-star hotel in Bangkok and resort Phuket Province in the Thai South, an AOT Limousine BMW Series 7 taxi service from the Suvarnabhumi Airport to a hotel in Bangkok, two round-trip economy-class air tickets between Bangkok and Phuket from Thai Airways International (THAI), a 5.0 screen smartphone from True with a 4G simcard for seven day-free mobile services.
Ms. Pastor said she was so excited and full of joy for the unexpected presents, as this is her first trip to Thailand, where she has planned to stay in Bangkok for 18 days to play golf.
The American tourist
traveled to Thailand from San Francisco and she had won the prizes from TAT and the business alliances offered to every millionth tourist arrival in the Kingdom.
The TAT director expressed her confidence that the lucky draw should help promote Thailand's image and tourist destinations through global media, further attracting more international tourist arrivals in the country in the future. (TNA)
