U.A.E. looks for a sustainable future for oil industry: Suhail Al Mazrouei

Abu Dhabi (WAM): Suhail Mohamed Faraj Al Mazrouei, U.A.E. Minister of Energy has said that U.A.E. is not panicking and looking forward for a sustainable future of the oil industry.
He was answering queries from the journalists after the conclusion of the ministerial panel session, here at the ADIPEC.
He said, as member of the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), the U.A.E. is committed to supply the world with the resources. "Let’s wait, let’s not panic, let’s wait for the OPEC meeting, we only have two weeks, OPEC decision is a unanimous decision, usually we are concerned on the discussions we will have, we as U.A.E. are not panicking, as you have heard from OPEC Secretary-General Abdullah al-Badri, we are looking for a sustainable future for this industry." Answering a query about U.A.E. support for the roll over for more compliance, the minister said that, " let’s not jump to the conclusion, we will have a discussion and before that we are analysing the fundamentals. So what have changed we have justifications for the change. OPEC is committed, and we are committed as a member to supply the world with the resources." He said that the decision will be a unanimous decision, U.A.E. is a part of the OPEC and it will not going to act unilaterally. - Emirates News Agency, WAM –
