"Complete Collection of Kim Jong Il's Works" Vol. 53 Published

Pyongyang, May 18 (KCNA) -- The Workers' Party of Korea Publishing House brought out Vol. 53 of the "Complete Collection of Kim Jong Il's Works", a library of the immortal Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, which systematically and comprehensively deals with the immortal works of Chairman Kim Jong Il in a chronological order.

The book contains 68 works published by Kim Jong Il from January to December Juche 84 (1995).

In his works the Chairman gave instructions to hold President Kim Il Sung in high esteem forever and carry forward and accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche down through generations as intended by him.

He clarifies in several works the tasks and ways for developing the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) into the eternal glorious Party of Kim Il Sung forever and the importance and significance of the ideological work in accomplishing the socialist cause.

There are works to indicate the principled issues arising in defending Korean-style socialism with arms and achieving the final victory of the revolution, more firmly establishing the Party's leadership system in the Korean People's Army and strengthening the single-minded unity of the whole army in every way.

Indicated in the book are the orientation and ways for conducting the overall work of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) as desired and intended by the President and developing the movement of Koreans in Japan onto a new high stage.

The book also contains works giving perfect answers to the theoretical and practical issues arising in various fields of the revolution and construction including the contents on firmly preparing the youth and children to be successors to the revolutionary cause of Juche, intensifying scientific research, introducing the research achievements into production, respecting the opinions of the people and properly preparing and serving Pyongyang Raengmyon. -0-
