Earthquake strikes city in east Iran

TEHRAN,July 3(MNA) – A 5.4 magnitude earthquake on Monday hit the city of Khaf, in the northeastern province of Razavi Khorasan, causing damage to a number of buildings in rural areas. The governor of Khaf, Abdolali Joghtaii, told that no one has been killed or seriously injured by the earthquake.
