Turkish Minister of Forestry and Water Affairs pays respect to national leader Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijani heroes

Baku, April 11 (AzerTAc). A delegation led by the Minister of Forestry and Water Affairs of Turkey Veysel Eroglu has today visited Alley of Honors to put flowers at the tomb of Azerbaijan`s national leader, founder and architect of modern Azerbaijani state Heydar Aliyev. They also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva. The participants also visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity. They laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.
