Crabtree and Evelyn’s latest and largest concept store is 1,800 square feet and is located at Fashion Avenue, Pavilion, here. Crabtree and Evelyn’s motto is ‘explore everything and keep the best’. Hence, this brand is focused on creating products and gifts that transform daily activities into extraordinary experiences. “We are featuring exquisite gift sets, festive home fragrances, personal care products and British fine food items this holiday season," said Sharon Ang, senior marketing manager at Crabtree and Evelyn Malaysia. The concept store has an open-plan layout so that customers can experience Crabtree and Evelyn’s eclectic mix of products in a cosy environment. It also has a complete range of the brand’s award-winning products such as the Evelyn Rose, Gardeners, India Hicks, Iris and La Source. This extensive range of award-winning products includes spa items, perfumes, body lotions and scented candles. LATEST PRODUCTS This year, Crabtree and Evelyn has more gift items than in 2011. In fact, it has increased the variety of gifts by 15 per cent. “Everybody likes to feel good, smell good, and they like to share these happy moments with their kith and kin. "We wrap the gifts in such a way that it is sure to get our customers excited. There is no need to wrap the gifts again. "Malaysians are becoming more sophisticated; they travel more and have knowledge about global brands. Hence, they are able to make better choices,” said Lek. Crabtree and Evelyn has come up with the Winter Garden fragrance, an ideal Christmas gift. The brand also has food products that have a unique taste, which improves the mood of the consumer. This international brand also has fruity scents and fragrances for young girls. Consumers can mix these fragrances for a particular occasion.
