Working trip of President to Kyzylorda
Kyzylorda, November 26, 2009 (Khabar) - New jobs, breakthrough investment projects, social housing, libraries, schools and kindergartens. Resident of Kyzylorda not only overcome the negative effects of the global crisis, but also are confident in the future. President Nursultan Nazarbayev paid a working visit to Kyzylorda. The President presented the keys of the apartments to newcomers, congratulated on opening of modern kindergarten, visited the library of 21st century and congratulated the residents on upcoming holiday of Qurban Ait. Daughter of Karlygash Kubegenova will learn in a bright, spacious, comfortable and modern kindergarten with more than 300 children. It is equipped with most advanced technologies. The best teachers Kyzylorda will teach the lessons of self-knowledge, Kazakh, Russian and English languages.

- The opening of the garden gives me, the parent a great opportunity for further development of my career, work, as I will not worry about my children. Because I'm sure they will get a decent education and upbringing in this garden.
The head of state Nursultan Nazarbayev has paid a working visit to Kyzylorda with the Altyn uya nursery school becoming the first facility that he visited. This pre-school institution was constructed within a year and cost 364 million tenge.
Barshagul Utemuratova, head of the kindergarten Altyn uya:
- This garden was opened on the Road Map program of the President. There are no analogue of this garden in Kyzylorda. 16 groups will work here and we will admit 320 children. This nursery school with a swimming pool for the first time in Kyzylorda.
The Altyn uya nursery school is situated in the new district of Kyzylorda called Syrdariya. The head of state gave flat keys to 40 families. The government was able to solve the local housing problem due to the programme of housing construction as part of which people were able to obtain a mortgage loan at 4% interest rates. For example, the one room flat belonging to doctor Usen Rakhmetov will cost him 20 thousand tenge per month without any down payment.

- This flat is very comfortable and is correspondent to European standards. It is very airy and comfortable. We will be very happy in this house and it is very important that all our dreams are coming true.
The head of state also met teachers and got acquainted with the fund of the regional Scientific Universal Library, which stocks about 447 thousand books, including 95 thousand in the Kazakh language. The conference hall can welcome 100 people and about 500 readers can be rendered service here.

- We had already passed the difficult years and we will overcome this crisis also. We were ready for it and we created the National Fund. And we build schools, hospitals, houses and nursery schools despite crisis. Social payments were not reduced and everything is done for people.
The new four-storey building will become a favourite place for leisure for the residents of the entire country. It is planned that the library will organize book exhibitions, presentations and literary soirees. In the TekhMaman centre, the president was told about employment and staff training. As part of the Road Map programme, the centre trained 50 bulldozer drivers, 15 crane operators and excavator operators.
Serik Tolybayev, director of TekhMaman LLP:
- They receive 30 – 40 000 tenge during training and then they receive 50 -80 000 tenge after employment and salary depends on volume of work. We plan to expand in future, we will open driving courses and courses of cooks and seamstresses.
35 people who studied in this educational center, had already found a job. The future specialists will also be employed because Kyzylorda region realized new investment projects this year. Development of oil, gas, processing industries will open hundreds of new workplaces and replenish the regional budget, it also allows to build new social objects and create modern infrastructure.

- We didn’t reduce any place despite crisis. Moreover, we created about 65 new workplaces and plan to create 70 more new workplaces he next year because of expanding of our production. That’s why all the actions of the President are for flourishing of our economy and industry development.
The visit of the president to Kyzylorda happened on the eve of the sacred Muslim holiday called Kurban ait. At the Ak-mechet mosque, Nursultan Nazarbayev met with aksakals and congratulated Kazakhstan’s residents on the holiday.

- During the years of our independence, Kazakhstan has witnessed the construction of 2300 mosques. Recently, Astana saw the beginning of the construction of a new mosque for 5000 people. Although we are having discussions about some difficulties, the construction is nonetheless gathering pace. Currently, Kyzylorda is witnessing the construction of 16 new schools as part of the Road Map programme, which cover almost every village. I would like to congratulate everyone on the forthcoming Kurban ait. This day has been declared a public holiday. I would like to wish you happiness, peace and wellbeing.

After Nursultan Nazarbayev had congratulated Kazakhstan’s residents on Kurban ait, he set off to Belarus to participate in discussions on the creation of the Single Customs Union of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus. The Customs Union will begin functioning from the next year.
