Foreign trade turnover of Kyrgyzstan amounts to USD 3.9 bln in 4 months

Bishkek, June 12, 2023. / Kabar /. The volume of foreign and mutual trade turnover of the Kyrgyz Republic in January-April 2023 amounted to USD 3.9 billion and increased by 25.5% compared to January-April 2022, the National Statistics Committee reported.

According to data, export deliveries increased by 18.9%, and import receipts - by 26.8%.

The volume of mutual trade with the EAEU member states in January-April 2023 amounted to USD 1.1 billion and decreased by 7.6% compared to January-April 2022. At the same time, export deliveries increased by 9.0%, while import receipts, on the contrary, decreased by 12.9%.

The largest share of the republic's mutual trade with the EAEU member states in January-April 2023 fell on Russia 62.3% and Kazakhstan 35.1%.
