Freeze-dried berries and fruits started to be produced in Chui region

Bishkek, June 27, 2023. / Kabar/. An enterprise for the production of freeze-dried vegetables and fruits, Kyrgyzbakhcha LLC, was opened in the Chui region, the press service of Kyrgyzindustry JSC reported.

Sublimation is a modern method of removing moisture (up to 95%) from a product, preserving its rich light and taste. Sublimated berries and fruits are widely used today in confectionery shops, are in demand in restaurants, and are also used as snacks.

According to Kyrgyzindustry, the enterprise can produce up to 180 tons of products per year. The company owns 61.24% of the shares of the new workshop.
