‘HH Shaikh Nasser Bahrain's success ambassador’

Manama, Sep. 17 (BNA): Member of the Council of Representatives and Deputy Speaker of the Arab Parliament, MP Adel Asoomi, said that HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HM the King’s Personal Representatives for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sport Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee President, is Bahrain’s "success ambassador" thanks to his landmark achievements in various fields. MP Al-Asoomi extended deepest congratulations to HH Shaikh Nasser on representing HM the King at the ceremony to launch the "Bahrain Declaration Document", and to inaugurate the King Hamad Global Centre for Inter-Faith Dialogue and Peaceful Co-Existence, praising his keynote speech during the event. Al-Asoomi also extended congratulations to HH Shaikh Nasser on completing all stages of the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Chattanooga, USA, in the 27th place among 3,000 triathletes from around the world, and on the Bahrain team’s Javier Gomez’s winning the World Ironman Championship. He stressed that HH Shaikh Nasser’s outstanding capabilities have contributed to many achievements attained by Bahrain, highlighting the accomplishments of Royal Charity Organisation, the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport and the Bahrain Olympic Committee thanks to HH Shaikh Nasser’s leadership and follow-up. He added that HH Shaikh Nasser has become a role model for Bahraini youth regarding his dedication in serving the kingdom in various fields. MP Al-Asoomi asserted that the kingdom, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the support of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and backing of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, is on the right track of development and progress, and will always enjoy the unwavering support of the Legislative Branch.
