Abdullah bin Zayed meets French Foreign Minister

Paris: July 30, 2013 (WAM) - H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE Foreign Minister, today met his French counterpart, Laurent Fabius. During the meeting, the two ministers discussed ways to promote bilateral relations between the UAE and France in different spheres, as well as the strategic partnership between the two countries, in economic, military, political and energy spheres in particular. The latest regional and international developments were also discussed at the meeting. H.H. Sheikh Abdullah expressed his satisfaction with the bilateral relations, and at the distinguished level they have attained in all spheres. He also made note of the recently-signed agreement between the two countries to collaborate on an Earth Observation Space Capability initiative. H.H. Sheikh Abdullah also emphasised the importance of continuous work on promoting and reinforcing relations between the two friendly countries. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
