Academic cooperation with UAE praised

Abu Dhabi, June 28 (BNA):Executive Director of the Diplomatic Institute, Dr. Shaikha Muneera bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, has met Bernadino León, Director General of Emirates Diplomatic Academy (EDA) in the United Arab Emirates. The Executive Director of the Diplomatic Institute took pride in the existing relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates and the great historical and brotherly heritage they embody, commending EDA efforts in rehabilitating young cadres and reaping gains of its hard work. She also hailed EDA efforts in development and training fields, noting the importance of promoting joint cooperation among Arab and international diplomatic institutes and academies. In his turn, Leon, welcomed the visit of the Executive Director of the Diplomatic Institute, valuing the Institute in preparing an experienced generation capable of best representing the Kingdom of Bahrain at the most important international forums. He affirmed his desire to push for further exchange of know-how for better development and training cooperation between the two sides, wishing the Diplomatic Institute every future success and progress.
