Ambassador attends reception hosted by German Chancellor

Berlin, July 7 (BNA): Bahrain's Ambassador to Germany, Abdullah Abdullatif Abdullah, attended a reception hosted by the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, at the Meseberg Palace for the accredited ambassadors to the country. At the ceremony, the German Chancellor spoke about Germany's efforts within the European Union, its cooperation with the world countries, its foreign policy and the challenges it faces along some other countries in general, such as terrorism and the agreement between the United States and North Korea. The diplomatic Corps Doyen and Ambassador of the Holy See delivered a speech in which he thanked the Chancellor for the reception and praised Germany’s efforts to counter international challenges.
