Ambassador meets Australian officials

Canberra, Nov. 11 (BNA): Ambassador of Bahrain to Indonesia, Dr. Mohammed Ghassan Mohammed Shaikho, Non-Resident Ambassador to the Commonwealth of Australia, has met a number of senior officials during his visit to present his credentials as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Bahrain to Australia based in Jakarta to the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia General David Hurley.
The ambassador met Dr. Ralph King from the Middle East and Africa Division at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade as well as the Chief of Protocol of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Kate Logan. He also met the ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Australia, Abdullah Al Subousi and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Australia, Musaed Ibrahim Al-Saleem.
During his meetings, the ambassador expressed Bahrain's pride in the distinguished relations between the two friendly countries in various fields, stressing the Kingdom's keenness to enhance said relations and promote cooperation for the common interests of both countries and peoples.
