Awareness campaign on avoiding legal accountability continues

Manama, Aug 29 (BNA): The Ministry of Interior’s Verdict Execution Department continues holding its awareness campaign on avoiding legal accountability and the negative effects that may result from contracting. The awareness campaign was held today at the National Institution for Human Rights headquarters, targeting government and private institutions. It focused on the significance of carefully reading and comprehending the content of a contract, the negative effects may result from non-compliance with the contract implementation, neglecting court orders and notifications or attendance before it, as well as communications of official bodies, underestimating the importance of legal advices to avoid confusion and ambiguity in the terms of a contract, in addition to dealing with unlicensed parties.
