Azerbaijani, Latvian justice ministries sign cooperation memorandum

Baku, September 19, AZERTAC Azerbaijani Justice Minister Fikrat Mammadov and his Latvian counterpart Dzintars Rasnačs have signed a cooperation memorandum. The document was signed during the Azerbaijani minister`s visit to Latvia. Under the memorandum, the two ministries will cooperate in order to improve court and justice systems, including penitentiary, train justice staff and judges, improve the execution of court decisions.
