Bahrain, British Military Committee convenes

London, Mar. 2 (BNA): The Bahrain-British Joint Military Committee yesterday (Tuesday) convened at the Defence Ministry headquarters in London. Defence Affairs Minister Lieutenant-General Youssef bin Ahmed Al-Jalahma chaired the session with British Minister of State for Defence Procurement Philip Dunne. The two sides discussed ways of strengthening military cooperation and coordination between the BDF and the British armed forces. Other key issues were also on the agenda. The meeting was attended by BDF Inspector-General Major-General Abdulla Hassan Al-Nuaimi and other senior officers.
