Bahrain-China ties praised

Manama, July 25 (BNA): Oil Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received the Ambassador of China to Bahrain, An Wa’er, along with several members of the embassy diplomatic staff. The minister praised the strong relationship between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the People's Republic of China, citing the importance of the growth and development of these relations in the interests of the two countries ' development in economic and investment fields especially in the oil, gas and petrochemical sector, wishing the ambassador success in boosting the bilateral relations for the benefit of both countries. The ambassador expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the minister for the meeting and discussing the topics of oil, gas and petrochemical sector. He praised the existing cooperation between the two countries and the efforts made by the minister in term of the plans and programmes implemented by the National Oil and Gas Authority ( NOGA) to develop the oil and gas industry in Bahrain, wishing the Kingdom further progress and development under its leadership.
