Bahrain-China ties praised

Manama, Aug. 5 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa has received the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Bahrain, Anwaer, praising the friendly bilateral ties and citing the fruitful outcome of the visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to China in 2013. HH Shaikh Mohammed also praised the level of currently political relations and the two countries keenness to develop their economic and trade relations. His Highness also welcomed the recent statement by the Chinese ambassador in which he confirmed his country's readiness to participate in the Kingdom of Bahrain's infrastructure projects, particularly the construction of the King Hamad Causeway and housing projects, among others. The ambassador thanked the Deputy PM for his reception, assuring of doubling his efforts to boost the bilateral ties in various fields in the interest of both friendly countries and people, citing the cooperation he receives from all officials in the Kingdom, wishing Bahrain further growth and progress under the leadership of His Majesty the King.
